What Clients Are Saying

"I had been looking for support for my daughter as she navigated the college application process, and we both felt overwhelmed by all the details. I reached out to Maya4Life and enrolled her in their teen program.

After just a few sessions with Preeti and Curt, I noticed a significant change. My daughter began making lists and conducting her own research based on their advice. She has gained confidence in her communication, not only with me and her dad but also in advocating for herself with her teachers, counselors, and coaches.

She now knows the right questions to ask to achieve her goals. She has discovered her voice and her worth, which is truly invaluable."

Parents Asked, We Answered:

Preeti and Curt coach parents as much as they coach teens.

The Problem

Social Media, Video Game and Screen Addiction, Bullying, Eating Disorders, COVID Trauma, Substance Abuse, Mental Health Issues, and Self Harm

In today's digital age, young people face numerous challenges, including social media and video game addiction, bullying, eating disorders, lingering COVID-19 trauma, substance abuse, mental health issues, and self-harm. These pressures can erode the confidence and self-worth that children naturally possess, leading to self-doubt, self-criticism, and harmful behaviors as they grow older.

The Solution

Learn true confidence and build self-esteem rooted in internal validation

The MAYA program emphasizes building true confidence and self-esteem through internal validation rather than external achievements or perfectionism. The program aims to help young people break the cycle of self-doubt and embrace their true selves with compassion, fostering a strong sense of intrinsic worth that can resist external pressures.

The Program

4-12 weeks intensive assessment, identifying your core values, and learning how to present yourself on paper, in person, and on social media

The Discovery Program is a 4- to 12-week intensive journey designed to help participants assess themselves, identify their core values, and learn how to present themselves effectively in various contexts. This program empowers individuals to recognize their inherent value and confidently communicate their skills and ambitions, both in person and on social media.
